This studio features 300 ft.² a queen bed and one twin bed. Cable TV and wireless Internet included. Sheets and towels included along with amenity access to the resort, pools and gym. Bringing a boat to dock? You can rent a floating dock slip for a nominal nightly fee. Golf course is public paid. The Landing Restaurant and Bruno's clubhouse Bistro both located inside Mariners Landing. You will also enjoy the new onsite Starbucks and gift shop located at the Pointe Condos.
Part of Mariners Landing Waterfront community with 1,000 acres. This home is located on the 8th fairway at this resort community. You will have access to all of Mariners Landing Amenities including 2 outdoor pools and hot tub, and indoor pool and hot tub, beach, Tennis and pickle ball courts, Walking trails, renovated gym facility,18 hole public golf course. Dine on site at 2 different restaurant's within Mariners Landing, Hours may vary. You can rent a boat seasonally from Bridgewater Marina located at the Pointe Condos. Mariners Landing is the only country club located in Huddleston Virginia at Smith Mountain Lake.
