Main level offers a master suite (king bed), guest bedroom (queen bed), and a kids bunk room, complete with 2 sets of bunk beds.
Nicely equipped kitchen with lots of counter space - great for entertaining Living room on the lakeside of the home with many windows so that you can take in the gorgeous view!

Lower level has a game room, complete with pool table + ping pong table-top, foosball table, free-standing arcade console with 4000 games! 2nd Master suite with king bed, flex room (king bed) and guest bathroom.

Well appointed lakeside deck and patio - a great space for everyone to enjoy comfortably!
Lakeside fire-pit - walkway leading to protected sandy beach and dock where you'll have access to the covered boat slip, hoist (4000lb max, V-Hull), floating dock, electricity and lights. 2 kayaks & a paddleboard available for use.

PLEASE NOTE:

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

Beautiful Trip!

This house was made for groups to have a wonderful time! Plenty to keep you busy at the house with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and lovely views of the lake. Will be back!

Wonderful Lake House with a Fantastic Floorplan

This house was perfect for our family get together. The floorplan allowed everyone to have their own space while also providing excellent common areas. It has great views of the lake and and lake access. Since our visit was in the winter, we were thrilled to have the game room in the basement for entertainment. I highly recommend this property and hope we can come back in warmer weather!

Core Memories Were Made

Everyone agreed that staying in this beautifully decorated house, on this part of the lake, was their favorite vacation ever. We brought our 18-and 20-year old children and they each brought a friend. During the day we spent a lot of time on the dock sunbathing, reading, kayaking or using floats to cool off. We rented a pontoon boat for 2 days and were able to dock it at the house. The evenings were spent eating dinner on the deck, sitting at the fire pit and playing pool and video games in the game room. This house had everything we needed for the perfect memorable family vacation.

Great Property/Great Management Team

Everything from the management team to the location and condition of the house was great. Communication was easy and the staff took time to answer my questions about both the area and the property. The house was perfect for my family. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and even though it was frigid outside, 2 of us braved the cold and used both the kayaks and the paddle boat. The fire pit was a great addition. I do want to mention that the indoor fireplace was not available for use just in case that is a deal-breaker for anyone. The ping-pong table got lots of use, as well as the arcade and slot machine, We would love to come back when it is warmer and hope that we get the opportunity. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Amazing All Around

First of all, This property was one of the cleanest homes I have ever booked through VRBO! Every room has a view, is tastefully and simply done and the entire atmosphere is beautiful and calm. We came for Girls Weekend and we all agreed that we loved Smith Mountain Lake and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Really fabulous experience all around!

Great family vacation!!

We visited this property because my daughter-in-law was graduating from college at Lynchburg Univ. This home met all of our needs and then some! It was clean, well stocked and had many things to do to stay entertained.
