10/10 Excellent

"Pool was down for part of the stay, upon checking in the hotel seemed very nice but upon entering the room I was met with a few wrappers on the floor and a dirty towel in the bathroom. Then the tv only gave me 2 channels and the rest were fuzzy. The fridge did not get cold as I left my leftover dinner in there and the next day took it out and it room temp. Checked to ensure fridge was on. Also ac took about 2 hours after checking in to kick in. If it hadn’t I would’ve been moving rooms. Overall it was a stay. I wish they did a better job at addressing everything at hand. Even when mentioning something to the front desk staff it almost seemed brushed off. Hopefully if I return one day I have a better experience"

"Pool slide was dirty and not working. Pool area could have been cleaned/ power washed. All rugs needed a good vacuuming. Outdoor light shined directly into our room. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and out. Great location. Lots of food/shops/attractions close by."

"In town location and friendly, accommodating staff. This includes the GM, who is present and engaged. Rare these days. Facilities generally fine, attention to detail would be helpful. Plenty of convenient free parking, most covered. Free coffee rather than standing in a queue would be nice, yet result in lost sales."

"I didn’t know where the front desk was when I went in. It looked like the check in for the restaurant. There was no one around. I walked around and finally found someone to ask where the front desk for the hotel was. I still had to wait for 2 people to come out. Then his computer didn’t work. The other person who seemed annoyed had to help me check in. She did ask if I had a preference, I asked for a low level room, minimal walking to out side. She put me on the first floor way in the back. My vehicle was out front. Did not ask if I needed any help with anything. By the time I got to my room, long walk! I went in and have to say your hotel just looks old and worn and not inviting. I was looking forward to the pool or hot tub, only to find out the pool is outside and no hot tub. By the time I was finished with all that, the restaurant had closed and I couldn’t get anything to eat. When I got up, looking forward to my coffee, the coffee machine didn’t work. I had to walk all the way down to the front area for coffee and NO continental breakfast or quick bites of any kind to go with it. Horrible experience, Horrible place to stay and Horrible coffee. Could not even get a hot chocolate. Not worth half the money I paid. Horrible hotel for such a pretty area."
