Great breakfast- nice toom; larger TV & access to HBO & many selections. Finally softer towels then other hotels- only negative was no bar in shower fir safety !

The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy! We loved the pool and hot tub area! The room was clean and the property was in a great location with many dining and shopping options in close proximity. We would most definitely stay here again!

We are here only one night but had an enjoyable time checking in with Melissa at the front desk. Our room is spacious & clean. Haven’t slept yet so can’t say anymore!

It was a bummer they advertise a pool and hottub on website but when we got there it was not in working condition. The night staff did not feel welcoming but the morning staff did great. A very nice lady in the morning helped check me out and was nice to offer complimentary water for our long drive ahead. Breakfast was great and staff welcomed us to enjoy all breakfast items.

DIdn't stay - had family emergency - called as soon as I found out. No one would work with me to move to another date - only charge half of the price since we couldn't come. Ended up losing $200 for nothing. We have another stay schedule for next weekend at different Best Western thru Travelocity - may think about changing early. Not happy.

We updated our reservation, and it was never updated at the hotel. We waited for an hour at the front desk, and then we finally left. We came back at midnight to check in, and there was no reservation in my name. I will never stay at a Best Western again.

Hi Tom.The reservation that you made was for September. You arrived August 29th. You booked a non refundable room. The reason the clerk couldn't find the reservation is because it was not for the 29th. The clerk was nice enough to move the reservation at no additional cost as the one you made was not refundable. I am sorry that you are upset with us we were more then accommodating to make sure you had somewhere to stay.

Best continental breakfast ever. Bed and pillows were more comfortable than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Dropped one star because: (1) there was a really weird smell in my room, which I did not call the front desk about because I didn’t have time; (2) check-in is 4 pm, and I couldn’t get confirmation that I’d get early check-in until AFTER I had to leave home, meaning I had to go to a business lunch in wedding attire; and (3) there was little security to the building - all levels and rooms accessible until 12 AM. Overall, great experience, and I’ll go back if the need arises.

Hi Maren, I am so sorry I had your room ready early that day. We are a smaller hotel and on event weekends we do not like to promise early check in and not have it for them so we have them call the day of arrival. I am so sorry for that. I hope we meet you again when you are in the Hudson area.

So impressed with this hotel, the room layout was great and they had a courtyard in the back with the most comfortable furniture and will definitely stay again
