"The mattress on the beds need to be changed. It was impossible to access the breakfast as the line was up to the front desk. The room was not cleaned once during our 3 day stay. When we checked in the desk clerk kept saying my card was declined and scanned my card 4 times. I now have over 800 of pending charges for a 3 night stay."
