"I stayed for an extended period of time. The owner and his sons live on the property, but you won’t see them very much. The property is SO peaceful, quiet, and safe. They’ve been working to improve it and so there’s some renovations and things here and there, but nothing that would make you uncomfortable or disturb you. "We stayed here New Year's Eve - great location, just a short drive to the Vikings/Packer game. Better than 3 hotel rooms, we were able to have dinner together, and the guys made breakfast in the morning. Only suggestions would be not enough towels for 6 of us, and a microwave would be an asset in the kitchen."

"What a beautiful spot on Bde Maka Ska close to trails, dining, shopping & coffee. Plenty of room for my friends and I to make this our "home base" for Art a Whirl weekend and we lucked out with the weather! House was lovely and so well equipped, and who could argue with the views/location next to the water!! We hit up our favorites, Rustica, Barbette, Majers & Quinn, and Curioso Coffee. Easy to hop on Lime bikes to get elsewhere in Uptown & Southwest. All in all a wonderful stay and the hosts...

"The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood close to amenities. Easy on and off the highway. A great place for our family to stay while visiting for my Mother's 90th birthday. Lots of room for everyone and well furnished. The sunroom is excellent for late afternoons. Plenty of room to be able to get privacy when needed. Fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this house."

"We’ve never stayed anywhere that hadn’t been previously reviewed! I’m glad we gave it a try anyways - a unique property, nice and clean, in a beautiful setting, with easy check-in and good communication with the owner. The road this house is on is a little louder than I expected and the house could use some window treatments to add some privacy and avoid super early morning wake ups…regardless, I’d stay there again, it was a success!"

"The furnishings were new, comfortable and clean. Plenty of seating. Nicely updated interior and decor. Brand new, huge refrigerator. As an older house there were a few minor drawbacks including no way to close the air vents, some interior doors were difficult to close and the exterior of the house hadn’t been updated yet-but none of these were a real problem for us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Dead-end, quiet street allowed our kids to play catch in the street without traffic...

"This was our second stay at Andrew’s place. We moved a year ago to northern MN from the Cities but need to return for appointments, shopping, and visits to friends. We love the yard for our dog, the kitchen with all the basics, and the comfy couch and bed. We especially love that Minnehaha Falls—our fave Minneapolis hangout—is two blocks away. Very pleasant experience!"
