"I have stayed here multiple occasions least 4. The last visit was my worst experience as they could not process my hold via my credit card as their machine was inoperative and the Manager of staff was rude and offered no solutions. The other Staff were pleasant but were inexperienced. The cleaning staff are pleasant but barely speak English. I ordered good from the restaurant on-site food pizza was decent, burger bread was soggy and veggies were not freshest. I visited the complementary breakfast which you cannot take back to your room according to the sign posted before you enter. It has options. There is ample parking access to hwys/ freeways. I used the on-site gym decent clean. Room is clean ."

"The only thing I did not like about this property was that the pool was unavailable! Other than that, everything else was good."

"C completely misrepresented did not stay there far from a luxury apartment advised to check into a different location no code or communication prior to check in time at 4 PM. Received emails and poor communication after 6:30 PM apartment smelled very musty and like a dead body was inside, extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. "

"The rooms were minimalist though clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast toast, bagels muffins with butter, jam or cream cheese, there were no eggs very minimal. Parking was sufficient. Would I stay there again NO."

"They were very helpful with my son's situation and I am forever Thankful. Being in a domestic situation, especially as a male. Feeling alone, defeated, and scared. I appreciated the process and the booking handling."

"Property was good although there were no working lights in the living room nor was there a TV. Unfortunately we had a rain day while there so it would have been nice to have a TV in common area. They did have them in the bedrooms."

"Host did not let the folks who live in the house know that we were staying there. There was a live wire crackling under the house in a sub-basement that was in a puddle of water. "

"Although the apt was cute, there is no LAUNDRY even though there is a photo that shows a washer. I was constantly harassed by the upstairs neighbor's children running back and forth from 745am until 10pm. The "landlord" with bangs yelled at me for parking in the spot in the driveway, even though I was told I take one spot, and the upstairs people take one spot. He yelled "park on the street!" which is not "with parking" as per the ad. Although this was supposedly settled, a week later, I received a text about the same thing. Do not advertise that a property has "parking" and then the "landlord" yells at you for parking there. Also, the check in process was horrible. The information was withheld until 1 hour before check in, thus I was late. It was unclear which apt was mine. It just said "apt 1, use code...." so the doorknob with #s was on the 1st floor (basement). 1st the code did not work. Then they gave me another code and I walked in on someone staying u til April 15th. Then I am told to go upstairs. Ok, then there is a MASTER lock box, which again, the code does not work. I go all over the place. I finally see a blacked out small window which I eventually figured out was a keypad. But since no one meets you, and this was not described, I was running up and downstairs for like 15 minutes. Once inside, the apt is nice, but the blinds are chipped and broken, curtains thin, and no way to darken the room for sleep. I had to use my car shades and a garbage bag. The beds sink. "
