Facility needs an update inside and out. It does not appear anybody has swept the outside areas recently. The only hot options at breakfast were instant oatmeal and the waffle maker.

The host was great and very responsive to any questions.I fished the walk-around pond, but it was quite muddy due to rain earlier in the week, and I didn’t get any bites or see signs of fish. I imagine fishing would be better in the spring or summer.
