The front desk was nice and even printed a parking pass for me. There were double locks on the doors which made me feel safe. The AC cooled really well.

Hello, This is the worst hotel we have stayed at the rooms were dirty. They were still food all over the floor when we got there. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. The whole building is just run down. Carpets are stained and worn out, the outside is in need of definite repairs and upkeep. It was truly the worst experience. Sincerely, Angela

Least expensive available motel on 4th of July

It really needs to be updated. It was okay clean, but it smelled a little musty. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked, but no cable.. it was not working in my room and they couldn't fix it. The staff we're very nice! 🙂

be cautious

so when we first arrived and went into our room, it instantly smelt heavy and there was dead bugs kinda all over. 😭 the blanket had a stain on it that was very clear it was not a clean blanket. we complained and got a different room which was okay?? (staff was very nice but still cmon guys) although the room had no toilet paper, soap, phone wasn’t even plugged in or had a cord to plug in. overall i mean. it was alright… wouldn’t recommend tho.

You get what you paid for. I booked for two adults and only had one set of towels in the room. The one I got was permanently stained and the shower curtain had been melted by something in the middle.

Absolutely filthy

Every single thing in this hotel was terrible. The room was so filthy i opted to brush my teeth in the parking lot on the morning of checkout and just leave as quickly as possible. The mattress had huge stains and no cover, the pillows were totally flat, there were questionable stains on nearly everything, the sink barely drained, hairs and stains on every towel provided. Horrible experience over all i seriously thought we would get a disease sleeping there.

Very disappointing

The rooms had a very musty smell. There were no pillow cases on the pillows. There were no top sheets on the beds. We were told that the manager also owned another hotel in Hudsonville, but even though there were rooms available there, we were not allowed to pay the difference in price and switch to the other hotel.

The toilet was dirty, not cleaned. The room was not vacuumed especially under table & in the corners. Pillows were flat & only gave us 1each. Air conditioning quit during the night. Towels/wash cloths dingy & gray.

Wish I could say it was a nice stay. My biggest take away would be the OUTER doors are NOT locked at ANY TIME. As a single female traveler, I find this very concerning. I travel with my service dog and my competition dog, so I decided not to find another place for the weekend. The first room assigned had hairs inside the bedding. I asked for another room and in that one, the bathtub had black hair at the drain(I discovered this the next morning) luckily, I carry disinfectant cleaner with me. Neither room had a coverlet. Literally bed was made with a fitted sheet, top sheet and a thin blanket, then another flat sheet. My stay was in October in the fall. I carry blankets to cover beds in case my dog gets onto the bed. I used both blankets to keep warm. I will not be returning to this motel should the need arise to compete in the Hudsonville area again.
