"The first impression that I have when checking in is the cleanliness. Bedsheet is filled with hairs from previous guests, and room has ants. At night time, crickets make noise the whole time inside the room. The plus side is that the staffs are nice Overall, this property is decent for short nights stay and needs a lot of improvements."

"My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The property is new, modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and willingness to help.
The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a fantastic bed, quality linen, plush towels, and premium amenities. The shower pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning provided strong, consistent airflow - something we greatly appreciated in Vietnam’s climate.
Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and, without question, the best we have had in Vietnam. The selection was plentiful, fresh, and varied. A special mention must go to Ha from the breakfast team. His hospitality and customer service were truly exceptional. He has a natural ability to make guests feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. He consistently went above and beyond, and his warmth and professionalism enhanced every morning of our stay.
The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The pool and outdoor seating area are a real oasis and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. Their genuine care and attention to detail created an exceptional guest experience.
Highly recommend!"
"There are good location. We can walk to Trang Tien river, a lot of shop and restaurants around the hotel. Only thing I don’t care much about the hotel is that it has a cockroach ."
"We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful art deco hotel. Situated beside the perfume river the hotel has an old world charm in the modern day. Beautifully appointed with helpful pleasant and obliging staff I highly recommend this hotel"
"Perfect stay. The hotel is just old world charm personified, in a great location opposite the river and very close to walk street for evening dining. The beds were comfy and the rooms quiet. Everything was the same as the pictures online. Staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. The buffet breakfast in the courtyard was amazing. Highly recommend."
