Booking conditions: House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property.

Superb duplex apartment of 72m2 located route du Signal in the heart of the top of the Alpe d'Huez. It is located in the small building Rays Golden, very quiet.
Open ground south facing garden lounge. Splendid view of the surrounding mountains
Access downhill skiing at the foot; within 100 m of the access chairlift great Sure, within 200m of the telecentre and all amenities track.
2 floors, it comprises the lower ground floor: 2 bedrooms: large master suite with double bed TV and DVD, large bedroom with two double bunk beds player, 1 bathroom and toilet with washing machine and plenty of storage; on the upper floor: entrance hall, open dining room and living room TV with DVD player, 1 separate WC, 1 room with 2 bunk beds and 1 extra bed, Italian shower.
It is decorated with a ski.
Facilities: cot, raclette, fondue, 2 TV DVD players, ironing board and iron
Facilitated for disabled upstairs: grab bars in toilet seat and fold-down shower
Parking nearby included in the rental
