"Three families thotoughly enjoyed their stay in the great ski domain of Alpe d'Huez, and especially in the chalet. The younger generation had their own space for play in the basement, while the adults enjoyed the spectacular views from the ground-level living room. Plentiful hot water and the sauna eased the strains of the ski slopes, and the well-equipped kitchen provided meals for all. Nothing was missing except perhaps a light over the kitchen sink and instructions for the satellite TV."

"A well presented hotel in a convenient location - about three minutes walk to Les Bergers ski area. The hotel is clean and the rooms are pleasant. The bar area is nice to relax in and the staff are great, especially Alicia. "

"Lovely hotel at the northern end of Alpe d’Huez. Quite basic rooms with no tea/coffee in the room and clearly aimed at the ski season as the bar and restaurant were not open in July when we visited. Staff are very friendly and breakfast was good quality and varied options. There are only a few parking spaces outside the hotel but plenty of free parking on the street and other parts of town. "The rooms were nice, modern and tidy. But it was very small in the toilet The food was amazing however not much option for young kids. Everything was in french so had to guess what the food was. With an allergy I find this quite surprising that you don’t alsl have English written. The staff was accommodating in the restaurant and bar. However the reception staff I found very rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. I was not advised of the hotel amenities and general hotel information. With no English...
