Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Llegue a las dos de la tarde para realizar el check in, olí indica en la página y me dijeron que no, que la persona de recepción se estaba bañando. Total nos fuimos a comer y regresamos a las siete ya que no había otra opción de hospedaje, la habitación sucia, no cuentan con alimentos, toallas solo dan 1 grande y una mediana y para buscar a la recepcionista nunca estaba, co. El argumento de que era ella sola, para el Check out deje el control con el de mantenimiento porque la recepcionista no estaba desayunando. La alberca sucia, de verdad deplorable
