The reason I lowered the rating was the location - definitely a slightly sketchy area. Maybe all of Male is like this but I didn't feel overly comfortable about going outside. "Hotel is a few steps away from the beach and rooms are spacious and clean...I was surprised they have a bathtub and fridge in the room, didnt expect that for the price i paid. But it was just inconvenient checking out from our room on the 3rd floor with all our baggages and without a lift."
