"Raul, was a great host. He communicated quickly and answered all of our questions. Upon arrival we noticed how clean and well thought out everything was. Tons of kitchen items for cooking, there’s seasonings and olive oil, etc. It was just nice to not have to buy every single thing we would need to cook during our stay. Rooms were plush, beds were great. All rooms have a fan (huge plus) as well as great working A/C units throughout the home. Patio has an awesome hammock that is great at...

"Katia was an incredible host. Communication on point and pro-active and even very understanding and constructive when I messed up and our check-out was delayed. Further, she went above and beyond making sure we feel welcome as a family. She ordered and installed a baby plug and play bed after we inquired if one was available and installed a baby seat at the table and ensured the AC was on just before our arrival. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place. It is also very...

El Conquistador Resort

El Conquistador Resort

8/10 Good
"The property itself was beautiful and it was our second time there visiting since hurricane Maria. However, we were placed in the marina and there was construction going on. The construction woke us every morning around 6:00 am with drilling, banging and noise also the funicular broke down and was in operable a few times expert. We were told that the manager was unaware of the construction but they were accommodating and moved us to another room. We were happy to be moved to a room more quiet and accommodating but it was a great inconvenience."
