✔️ Pool heating is available for an additional fee. To have the pool ready and warm for your arrival, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. (Temporarily Closed from October through May)
✔️ We’d like to set your expectations that heated pool temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather
✔️ Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with supplies available upon request, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and board games. Fees may apply upon host’s discretion.
✔️ Surveillance or recording devices on property - Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home and not any of the interior or swimming/hot tub areas.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply. Guests staying on daytime and not spending the night will be 25$ per head
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed (including emotional support animal). Host should be informed if you have a service animal.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ Events such as weddings, reunions, and retreats are welcome with prior approval from the property owner. Unauthorized parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. We have a no shoe policy, especially upstairs with the white carpet. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
