Clean and spacious rooms, though the lighting could be improved — our room felt a bit too dark, not sure if that is intentional or that it is the style of the building. The facility is great and has a welcoming atmosphere. Food at the bar was delicious. It’s within walking distance of most places, about 15 minutes from the central hub, but we didn’t find that inconvenient.

Hotel was in a great location. Easy walking access to many Christmas Markets. Also 5 minutes from Museum Island and from river boat cruise. Friendly check in and nice room

Great access to East Berlin. Stunning views; suggest one of the high floor glass wall rooms.
Handy 24 hr reception & casual bar. Warm welcome. Great night’s sleep.
