"Warnung! Unglaublicher Vorfall! Vorgestern wurde unser seit langem gebuchter und bestätigter einwöchiger Aufenthalt im Club Robinson Fleesensee seitens des Clubs storniert. Zu Gunsten einer "Exklusivveranstaltung" wurden wir quasi rausgeschmissen. Es gäbe einen 50 Euro-Getränkegutschein, wenn wir einen anderen Zeitraum wählen. Die Dame vor Ort, mit der wir den Sachverhalt klären wollten, teilte uns mit, dass dies eine Entscheidung des Managements wäre, die sie so persönlich auch nicht mittragen...

"Beschriebener Pool nicht vorhanden, WLAN nicht funktioniert, Internet und Handyempfang kaum vorhanden, frische Handtücher nach 2 Tagen selber geholt, Zimmerreinigung und Zimmerservice trotz anwesender Corona-Gruppe nicht täglich, bis auf eine sehr nette, tätowierte Mitarbeiterin und einen jungen bemühten Mann leider Personal eher inkompetent und arrogant in Erinnerung geblieben."

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you . We can highly reccomend the hotel."

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "An absolutely delightful boutique hotel overlooking the shores of Lake Muritz, and in the Old-Town area of Waren close to all amenities, restaurants, shops etc. Originally built as a young-ladies 'Finishing School' in the late 1800's, the hotel is full of period-atmosphere and history, and the decor and furniture reflects this.
