"The hotel is well maintained in a great neighborhood close to the train and shopping but for a Marriot, US Corporate, they are not up to par with making things easy for English speaking customers, they try for sure but some people don’t have the patience. I stayed at a lot of W across the globe and love their breakfast, this one again not focused at all on the North America clients, if you love a good Chinese breakfast I am sure it is delicious but I was not impressed as a Westerner "

"The hotel is located in a very central area however it's way to busy than we would like. The amount of crowd is overwhelming. It's not the easiest spot to be drop off by hired cars or taxi. Often times we had to be dropped off by the side of a very busy street. The room is very spacious and clean but definitely dated. "

"The location is excellent. 20 minutes walk to the major shopping mall and 15 minutes to the Guangzhou East Railway Station. Room is quite spacious."
