"They do not have shatter to the hotel i had to pay uber to and from the airport. Expensive!! The property is ok it does have good amenities but you can hear the guests next to your room very clearly when they talk even quetly. A lot of noise around as well. "

"Everything was good except the air conditioner is noisy and I was wake up by someone from the staff knocking on my door at 8.30 to check if there was anybody in the room "

"My only regret was not staying longer. The room was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kiddos. Pull out couch was perfect for a 7 year old. Amenities were great. Location was easy to find. Tracy at the front desk was great! Breakfast was good 😀. We were hoping to enjoy the indoor pool but it opens 10-10 and we were right at the cut off on both ends. So, next time! "

"Nice staff, great amenities (little market, indoor pool, outdoor fire pit, outdoor basketball court, complimentary hot breakfast), good location. The elevator button was broken/falling off and in need of repair (although we did get the elevator to work)."

"We booked a pet-friendly room through Expedia, driving from NYC. When we arrived to check in at 930 (as noted in the special request section) the receptionist told us she didn’t have a room for us that could accommodate a dog. “Not all of our r rooms are pet friendly, we don’t have anything for you”. So after a 13-hr drive we were turned away, DESPITE booking it through Expedia, and the cherry on the cake was that she was downright nasty about it, gleeful even, that she could say no. Will never stay at a Quality inn again, and would encourage you to seek alternatives. We eventually found a decent overnight stay at the Extended Stay suites down the block-2 beds and a kitchenette for $100. "

"Room had roaches, bathroom and room was dirty, sheets and cigarette burn holes. And some of the light fixtures did not work."
