"No idea how it had a 8.6 rating when we booked it. Was old, in disrepair, staff was unfriendly. As my husband stated, you would never stay here."

"Very hospitable and friendly staff, the hotel was clean and quiet. The family suite had plenty of space for 6 of us. We would stay again. "

"We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing experience- we won’t be returning to this hotel. "

"No towels in the pool area. Lights were off and hot tub was chilly. The place seemed a bit sketchy, employee barely talked. Won't be staying again. "
