"Staff were excellent on arrival and during our extended stay (was a 4 night trip, extended another 2 nights + another 4 nights). Staff blocked out dates for us as we had a sick family member & then a funeral to attend. They went out of their way to make our time at Lugano memorable. Wifi was a little difficult sometimes, but a reset sorted this issue. Bed comfortable, a little noise from road, clock tower but an excellent stay."
