"Very clean, quiet and convenient."

"Like that it was a short drive to Lancaster which has quaint little shops and local town restaurants. The Cooper Marsh is a short drive away; it has nice walking trails. The cottage is across the street from the St Lawrence river but there was no direct access to water nearby for swimming or soaking feet within walking distance."

"Absolutely incredible stay and service! The flotel was clean and the waterfront view was so lovely! Coffee, dinner and drinks were all walking distance and parking was free so we never had to move the car. I also left an item behind and the staff was so helpful and responsive to help me get it back. Awesome all around!!"

"I loved the location and the welcome from Kim, the owner, who is always ready to do anything within reason to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Her availability and kindness are unparalleled. The location is wonderful, and the sunset over the lake is superb; I highly recommend it. What I liked least was leaving, unfortunately; two days is too short in this magical place."

"We had an outstanding time at Colin’s cottage. We were 4 couples getting together for a good time after 4 years. It was a great property as it had enough space, bedrooms, and a big enough dining room table to accommodate our group. The weather was great in October so our group enjoyed every day going on the lake with the kayaks and the canoe that was at our disposal. And inside, lots to do in the basement if weather was bad or in the evening: pool, foosball, and darts. We can’t recommend enough this great property! And Colin was a great host, having taken the time to walk us through his place and explain what we needed to know to fully enjoy his property. We hope to organize another get together there in the coming years!"
