We contacted Meg and Pete before booking and they were happy to accommodate a special request for us which was very kind as they did not have to. They were great hosts and super responsive. "Our stay was a last minute decision and we were luckily to get a room for too nights. We also had our little dog with us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts was lovey and had a good choice. They even gave our dog a sausage, which he enjoyed. The room was small but clean and tidy. The only draw back is that the room was on the top floor, with a lot of stairs to climb. It seemed extra long in the night when the god needed to go to the toilet. But we managed and it was fine."

"It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right). I think this hotel is a fantastic place for an event, a weekend stay or dinner at the Michelin star restaurant (we didn't on this occasion but if I can get a booking it's on the cards). Massive thanks to all the staff there, made us feel very welcome and we had a lovely stay. 🙏😎🙏 Our room was good, bed was very comfy and we slept well. Breakfast, which was included, was of a very high standard, plenty of options for all tastes. The grounds were amazing (the stunning weather helped!), we would go back in a heartbeat, really loved it here. WiFi is available, plenty of parking, 10 ish minutes from the heart of Norwich."

All staff I encountered, especially the breakfast employees, were so helpful, kind thoughtful and friendly. Room was plenty big enough even with my dogs bed. Shower was efficient and so the hotel was quiet at night. Only gripe - tea bags were not what I’m used to and not great. Otherwise ideal stay. Great vfm too. "
