"Did not use the pool as there was a dance competition at the hotel and the area was over run by children. The 4th floor of the pavillion where we stayed was extremely noisy with children running and screaming in the hallways outside our room until well past 11pm. The room itself was spacious and clean. The front desk was very good and our interaction with Busi was wonderful. She was a gem!"

"We had an excellent experience all the way around. The property is beautiful rooms excellent and staff acco.odating and friendly. Only one issue and that was the pool was closed for our whole stay until the morning we had to leave. It was unfortunate as this was to be the highlight of our trip for my 8 year old granddaughter. I understand these things happen but trying g to explain it to a. 8 year old is tough. Otherwise excellent!!!"

"There is much to like about this hotel. The biggest problems are not minor: (1) the beds are rock hard (cheap matresses), (2) cheap sheets and towels (my wife commented on the lack of comfort of these). Otherwise...all good."
