Affordable Pineview Reservoir 2 Bedroom Suite with a View

  • Located on Pineview Reservoir - this is a 1300 SF 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, fully equipped kitchen, large great room, outdoor patio with private entrance at ground level (no steps). Dedicated parking only 75 ft from entrance. Guests have full access to HOA pool (open May thru September), Hot Tub, Pickle Ball Court, Bocce Ball, Horse Shoe Pits and Pineview Reservoir access. Beautiful views. Only 8 miles to Snowbasin, 2 miles to historic Town of Huntsville and 14 miles to Powder Mountain.
