It was average. The hotel was being remodeled during our stay which was not a huge issue. Pool was great for the kids and room was a decent size. We didn't have enough towels in our room and the service was slow when going to the front desk.

Definitely will stay again!

I was supossed to stay 3 nights, but my trip got cut short due to a family emergency. The hotel was gracious and understanding about my situation. The 1 night I did stay, the room was clean, and roomy. The only complaint i have was the water pressure for the shower could be better. But the bathroom was spacious, and clean! Thank you again best western for a great stay! Definitely will stay there again when i visit Alabama again!

Good location, very nice people

Alabama in the summer is a difficult time for hotel air-conditioning. The room had a constant dampness. Shower towels never dried even over night. The hotel has some years but the property owners have clearly taken action in maintaining the safety and cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. The hotel is right off beltline Rd so convenient for single night or longer stays or getting downtown or going getting food/ light shopping.

The hotel has gone down. I stayed there years ago and it was very nice. Now it smells like urine and looks rundown. Friendly staff. Never received full housekeeping services. They would only empty trash and provide clean towels. Never made or changed linen on bed in 7 days. Will not stay again

Hotel was ok for price

Last minute booking. Easy check in. Room smelled dirty but I think just old. Bath had small amount of mold around joints. Better cleaning would help. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with sausage and eggs and typical self serve. Overall ok just needs deep cleaning.
