Not gonna lie… I was a little sketched out when we got off the exit and it was the only thing in sight lol and I think there was only one other room occupied while we were there. but the room was huge, clean, and the staff were nice. They also had the best tv channels out of any of the motels we’ve stayed at on this trip. Coming from a house that doesn’t have cable, we all really enjoyed that. And the mini fridge freezer actually froze my ice packs, which was great. I couldn’t get the heater to blow hot air, but we were fine.

I got there at about 10 pm . I checked in and went to the room and turned the wall unit on and turned it on heat as it was supposed to get down to 32 degrees. Then brought my stuff in and got settled. Then noticed it wasn’t warming up in there. I tried everything I could think of then went to the office. They close the office at 11pm . So there was nothing I could do. I had no heat at all in the room and ended up leaving at 7am because I was to cold to stay in the room any longer.

I stayed at this hotel years ago and it was wonderful and affordable but NOW i stayed just for a short trip and it was terrible, although still affordable, the conditions were lacking, no toilet paper, no hair dryer, air conditioner was on but did not cool, the linen looked dingy and old.

At check in at 6:00pm the front desk person was not at desk light were out she came from the back checked us in. We got a room the tv did not work and the first time we went to the bathroom the toilet overflowed,went to front desk and again the person was not up there with the lights out and then comes around the corner in a blanket, i informed her of the bathroom situation and the tv, they did give us a new room but they seemed to not care about the sanitary issue with the toilet overflowing. The new room the tv worked but the channel would not change and when we tried it went to static so it did not work either.

Obviously it’s old…… that aside it’s a family business and you can tell that they are doing their best to take care of the place. FOR 75 bucks, it’s totally worth it. I’ve stayed at $120 hotels that were far worse. Like the other reviews say, it’s old, but it’s clean. Rooms are also actually large, comes with Mini fridge and microwave. For the money, for a night, totally worth it. I was in room 104
