We enjoyed our stay very much , very clean and the staff were very helpful. We did have a small issue with them not having our double queen size room when we arrived but they offered us two very nice single queen rooms instead which worked for us well. A little low on hot water in one of them , but we were told that they were currently addressing that issue also. Overall it was a nice place , great stay. Would go back if I’m ever in the area again.

This property was close to our destination, Orion Amphitheater. Parking was convenient and plentiful. The hotel appears to be an extended stay type location for workers in the area. Our room was nice with several extended stay amenities; refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, cups, utensils, etc.. No carpet in the room, which is a plus for me. I think the floor could have used a good mopping, but only appeared to be a little dusty. Nice bathroom with plenty of room to move around.

Great overnight stay

We found this hotel last minute, and I’m so glad we did. Front desk was very nice. Staff greeted us on arrival. Hotel was clean and close to restaurants and stores. It is new with modern amenities. The beds were a little firm. Will be back.

Amazing!

Our stay was wonderful! The front desk was great! The room was super clean and stocked. I'm partial to always wanting more towels when we're on the road, but I didn't need to request them at this location as we were only there for one night and there were plenty!

This is a reality nice place, it's new, the rooms are great, beds a little firm. However the issue is the price is too cheap so that brings in some louder, younger groups usually. We had some next to us, luckily iwas so tired, i was able to mask the noise. No breakfast offered either but if you want a cheaper nice room with a great work out facility, then this place works.

The staff and facilities were excellent. However, they did not have a record of my reservation through Travelocity, which meant I had to do a walk-in registration. That was fine because they had space. However, if they were full, I would have been significantly inconvenienced. Curiously, you still have a record of my reservation because you queried about my experience. C’mon Travelocity- do better.

The first room we were given wasn't even cleaned! The beds were unmade and set the tone for our experience. Second room we had - we had bugs two days in a row. The manager came the first time and asked about it once we reported it but nothing they could do since it had been flushed! Second time no one came. Desk staff claimed they must be water bugs. Second bug looked like a roach. Desk staff were very friendly. But won't stay there again.

What An Experience

Upon arriving for checkin, I was given a room number, and a key, it’s only one operational elevator for the entire hotel, which is a bit of inconvenience and wait time, got up to my assigned room just for another family to be in my room, telling me this is their assigned room, now, I’m upset, I’m lugging so many bags back down to the main floor, waiting for the elevator to arrive in this hot hotel, I informed the lady at the front desk that someone was in my room, she said with an attitude “this is my first shift working alone, it’s not my fault, they aren’t supposed to be in the room” I said “Well they are, now can I get a refund or another room” she called her manager, the manager provided myself with an upgraded room, and I was very pleased afterwards, but told the girl at the front desk, “she has to check her attitude”
