We've stayed here several times now and keep coming back. We come to town to ride brimestone and this house is in a good location with easy access to the trails. The owners have always accommodated us well. Its very well stocked, roomy and clean. We've already booked it for another up coming trip. Highly recommend.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Check-in
We were not informed until 30 minutes before check in time that the previous renter was refusing to leave, and they can not get in to clean. They told us we would be in by 7, check in time was 3. This was not in the host's control, but notification should have been sent sooner. 7pm rolls around, we have no updates. I am constantly having to call & send messages to get updates as there was no further proactive communication from evolve or the host. We had 4 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 3-5 we were having to kill time with at a local campground. Finally I send my husband & brother in law to the property around 9pm to see what was happening. There was no one there cleaning, lights are off at the house, it looks vacant. I called evolve and the host, the cleaners had "forgotten" to call to notify it was ready. Again no proactive communication. The house wreaked of bleach, was covered in ants, and infested with flies everywhere. We had to battle the flies and ants to even cook in the house for the entire weekend. The driveway had 2 full trash bins as well as 4 full 50 gallon bags of trash outside attracting more bugs. Originally all that was offered on a 1,241 stay was 43.50. The host offered me 40% off our first night, still have not seen that refund or been followed up with on any of our stay. Will not be spending that much money to stay at this property on our next trip up.
