Expensive yes, .. but you get what you pay for. EXCELLENT service, the best we’ve ever had (& we travel the world over). Super friendly, helpful. Food was very good, and the grounds were very clean. The room was spacious, and even has a gas fireplace. Definitely we will be back.

Great location and view with the hotel being on the lake.Breakfast was fantastic. Dinners average in the hotel restaurants. Activities were often fully booked so could not get on them even when booking months in advance. Hotel put $20,000 pending payments on credit card x10 times the cost of the holiday, which took 7 business days to clear off the card.

Welcoming property. Staff were nice and helpful. Drinks and food too expensive. Need activities in the evening as the property is too quiet with not much going on after dinner. Strange 2nd hot tub and pool required a special fee to use. Did not see a person there in 3 days - a waste of an ammenity. Lifeguards should skim the pool as most of the time they just sat there.
