Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Hotel cancel reservation on the day of arrival

First, the resort tried to move me to a smaller older cottage, which I refused. Then, on the day of arrival they told me that my reservation is cancelled because the pipe burst in the cottage I booked and no other cottages are available. They did apologize but I was hugely upset. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends as it seems to be totally unreliable place.

Wonderful Stay

The Inn was a beautiful and quiet escape to a natural wonderland. It's a simple place with an old feel and charm to it.
