Amenities include Smart TVs, private hot tub, fire pit, free wifi, resort amenities, stone fireplaces, a private patio and deck, and modern furniture and fixtures.



Community Amenities: Access to a seasonal heated pool, hot tub, pool table, tennis, pickleball, gym, basketball, and walking trails. You can access the lake via one of the walking trails. There are also water sports and rentals available at the Pineview Reservoir.

The kitchen is a dream for any family, fully stocked with every appliance and utensil you might need, including a gas stove, appliances, ample counter space, a refrigerator with a freezer, an icemaker, a microwave oven, and all the cooking essentials. It's the perfect space for whipping up delicious meals that gather everyone around the table. Or, step out onto the deck and enjoy a barbecue under the open sky. The hot tub and a outdoor dining table for four people is a perfect place to gather with friends and family. The downstairs patio has a fire pit and chairs are coming soon.



Climb the ladder from the hallway to reach the bonus room, complete with a smart TV and a sofa bed that transforms into two twin beds. It’s an ideal hangout space for teens or extra guests.

The living room offers a warm and inviting space to unwind, whether you're in the mood for a movie night or curling up with a captivating book by the fireplace. Centered around a charming fireplace, it's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the mountains.



Each bedroom is a sanctuary of calm, dressed in pristine, premium linens, pillows, and towels for ultimate relaxation. Escape to the master suite with a luxurious king bed and exquisite bedding, an ensuite with both a stand-alone shower and a soaking tub. The master has an armoire and a dresser for your use. The second bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, Smart TV is close to the second bathroom with shower/tub combo. There's a double closet and armoire for ample storage. The third bedroom has a king bed with plush bedding, ceiling fan, and double closet.



The fourth bedroom, ideal for kids or a group of friends, includes 2 sets of bunk beds and a trundle (twin). There are 2 twin foam mattresses should you need more space for guests.



We provide all essential linens, towels (including beach towels), and toiletries for your stay.



Ample parking is available at the home. There is a one-car garage for your car or gear and space for two additional cars next to the driveway.

Boat parking spots must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. There is an additional fee, and approval is based on availability. Boat parking is not guaranteed.

Guests may also be able to arrange paid overnight boat parking next door at Anderson Cove.
