Ideal for short-term or extended stays, our fully-furnished homes feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Outside your door, unwind at the resort-style pool, work remotely from private clubhouse offices, or stretch out at the yoga studio.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
