We really liked the location. It was a short driving distance to the places that we were visiting. It was close to Starbucks & McDonalds and a Walmart which was great. However the moment we entered the stench from cigarettes was a bit more than we expected. I suggest you try using ozone to fred

An okay stay

The complex itself seems safe as there is a gate to get in to the apartments. The check-in process was easy and the host is communicative. The home is as shown in the photos. My only complaint is that it was surface-level clean at best. You can tell they wiped down everything and the sheets were clean. They swept and swiffered, but the baseboards were dirty with hair and random splatter. The bathroom had hair on the floor and on the toilet paper refill. The toothbrush holder on the vanity had a beard trimmer guard in it and a layer of grime and hair in it. It just wasn't what you want to see when the other reviews had such high ratings of cleanliness.

It wasnt the best experience, but it was good enough

The upstairs neighbors were up and down all night. I did not know it was top and bottom. That was not in the description. The couch had a burn hole in it and trash on it. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

I notified the owner and only received an " AI " generated response about them being happy I'm enjoying my stay ? owner was other

Overall a decent studio Apt. The people above me were a nuisance all night from walking from one side of their apt to the other over and over. However the property is just as described and the area it’s in matches the price. Isaiah the host is extremely communicative and is easy to reach.
