Petite Retreat by Green Mountain - Cozy Byrd Nest

Guests will enter through the front door into the open-concept space. Once you step inside, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen ready for you to prepare meals throughout your stay and a living room which has a SmartTV for entertainment and a comfortable futon. Head down the hallway to the bathroom with a shower and the cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Stepping outside, our charming patio with outdoor furniture and a Roku TV which is a perfect spot to relax and for outdoor enjoyment! NOTE: The pavilion clubhouse in the neighborhood is strictly off-limits to all guests. Please inquire if you have further questions.

Cute little place

The place looks just like the photos. We had a couple issues and reached out to the property manager and he responded quickly and very willingly ready to fix them. The area is great nice and quiet we traveled with our 15 year old son and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. Not to far from restaurants and things to do. Parking was great so close to the house easy for unpacking and packing the car. Definitely would stay here again.
