Clean room, free Laundry, staff is good, but the hotel policy is funny, you will be listed as "NO SHOW" if you couldn't make it there on their check-in time. I paid full price for 4 nights there but Hotel policy revoke it and wont let me have my room and hotel won't refund me. lucky i bought trip protection so Expedia dealt with them, but i have to pay out of pocket for 1 night there. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!

6/10 Okay

This is not my first stay at this location, and since I recently saw the notification regarding upcoming improvements to create a more pleasant experience for guests, I wanted to share some feedback. One immediate improvement that would make a noticeable difference is replacing the carpet throughout the hotel. If that’s not currently in the budget, professionally cleaning the carpets in the hallways and elevators would be a great start. I would also recommend pressure washing the exterior, common areas, pool area, and stairways. Unfortunately, there is a lingering odor throughout parts of the property that could use some attention. On a positive note, the guest rooms are generally clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, which is one of the main reasons I continue to return. The staff is also usually friendly and in good spirits, even when they appear to be overwhelmed or short-staffed. Overall, I believe a few updates and some additional attention to the common areas could make a big difference in the overall guest experience.
