- There is a hair dryer and clothing steamer in the bedroom wardrobe.

- This entire apartment complex is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so off property.

- While we make every effort to provide you with a bug free environment by thoroughly cleaning and using pest control, this is the south and bugs are not completely avoidable. If you see any bugs, feel free to go commando on them and let us know if we need to have our pest control company come and do a treatment. If you see dead bugs, that means the pest control is working. =)

- There is a water filter in the fridge.

- This building features a central A/C heating and cooling system.

For stays over 28 nights, we require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold. This isn’t a traditional security deposit - it’s simply a pending authorisation. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50, with an additional $2 per day after the first 10 days for stays longer than 30 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website.
