  • ☼The Lakeside Retreat☼ is a newly built 3000+ sq feet home that features bright and open floorplans, 6 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms with a LAKESIDE VIEW! Situated in new community in South Huntsville, this home is a gem as this view alone is priceless. Enjoy a BBQ in the backyard as we have a propane powered grill set up along with seating or just sip on a hot coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise. This is one vacation home to remember!

    Please note: The lake is for viewing only! Please do not swim, fish, or put any kayaks or boats in the water.

    This home has everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Equipped with AT&T Fiber Internet with speeds up to 1000 MBPS, you can work from home or relax on the couch and stream your favorite TV shows on the 75" Smart TVs. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, and more for you to make a delicious home cooked meal. Stay with us with peace of mind as we have taken extra precautions and adopted enhanced cleaning procedures in our fight against COVID-19.

    In our fight against COVID-19, there will be no face to face interaction. You will be able to self-check in via Smart Lock. If you ever need assistance, I am just a text/call away!

    This newly constructed subdivision sits on a large manmade lake with trails that run on both sides of the community. The trail is open to the members of the community so you may walk it freely. Just please do not feed the wildlife!
    Zero Tolerance policy for parties & events
    Smoking is only permitted outside of the home
    Quiet hours run from 9pm-9am out of respect for our neighbors
    The number of guests on the reservation accurately reflects the number of guest staying at the home
    RV or electric vehicle charging is not allowed
    If any rule is to be found broken, a $500 fine will be imposed and your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund
