Very simple but clean, safe, and quiet, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We've stayed there twice now and will again--only about 5 min from the Sam Houston campus. It used to be a Super 8 motel so expect that level of place.

room and property was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing. No fruit. Oatmeal only one flavor packets. No yogurt. Very slim choices for breakfast. Would stay again due to cleanliness, comfortable bed and room and location was good. but eat breakfast out.

Everything was so clean, staff helped me get the tv working and we had fun in the pool. If we are ever back in Huntsville we will be staying here again!

This property is clearly going through an overhaul with new management. There are obvious signs of wear in the rooms(torn chairs, shower curtains loose) but everywhere that has been redone looks really good. They were working on the dining area during our visit; but they still put out food in the lobby for breakfast. Staff was fantastic and I can’t wait to see this property when they finish working on it.

Our first time at this hotel, would definitely stay again if in the area. It was homecoming weekend for the University of Sam Houston and we were in town to see the Etta May show at the Old Town Theater which is only 10 minutes away. This hotel has a big screen TV in the lounge so you can watch college football on Saturday, they also have a bar there with beer, some wine and a small amount of liquor. Still it was pleasant enough to sit and watch the game. Management was present when we arrived and in all the rooms you were given a free drink certificate. Nice surprise, now this may have been for homecoming not sure. Room was very comfortable, bed was firm enough. Very clean and smelled fresh. Thank you and keep up the great work
