"One of our favourite hotels we have stayed in so far across our 3 week travel of Vietnam. Really lovely staff, greeted with complimentary fresh fruit juice upon arrival. Staff very knowledgable of the local area, and cared more about our trip than up selling their own tours like a lot of hotels. The breakfast was the best we had, a choice of 4 dishes from their menu and a drink... All free! It may be a little out of the centre of the town but this hotel is worth every penny!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ancient Hue Gardens. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking architecture that perfectly combines traditional elegance with a sense of refined luxury. The atmosphere throughout the property is serene, sophisticated, and incredibly welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and full of charming details that made us feel both comfortable and indulged. The spa services were outstanding — a true haven of relaxation and well-being. A special mention must go to Nhi Le at the reception, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. She was always ready to help with a warm smile, ensuring everything went smoothly for us. At the restaurant, we enjoyed delicious meals that showcased the best of local flavors, and we were warmly attended by another lovely staff member, also named Nhi, who made the experience even more delightful. Overall, the hotel provided a perfect balance of luxury and coziness, making us feel at home while still experiencing something truly special.
