They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. "Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"

"Spent 2 days with family at hotel. Would definitely recommend. Quick ride to boat terminal. Room was clean. Pool was great for the kids. The 2 ladies, Diem Phuong and Duong Hue , were of great help. Some staff can speak English and Mandarin. Hope you enjoy as much as my family did. Only thing to keep in mind that buffet breakfast hours are different from weekdays to weekends. "
