"Would not stay here again due to no elevator. Very hard for elderly to carry luggage upstairs and only bathroom on main floor is in pool area and staff wouldn’t open door till 8 am!"

"Found a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door when we got there. The hotel kiosk staff was the most helpful part of the entire stay. I think the room was overpriced for what we got for sure. And then on our checkout day, the housekeeper asked if we were checking out at 9:50 when the checkout time was 11. And when we said we had one more bag to grab he looked down at his watch like he was in a hurry so we felt like we better leave by 10, even though we had another hour left still."
