"Great and beautiful facility; however…... The staff at the check in desk should be more welcoming to the customers. They didn’t even say a word or look up to greet us when we were at the desk. Don’t even think about asking for the extra bedsheets or towels. The housekeepers are gone for the day and towels/bedsheets are not available the front desk."

"The room was not clean. There was hair in the shower and stains on the bed sheets. The room was also very noisy — I could hear guests upstairs walking around at all hours.
