Beautiful Sand Hollow home with private pool, hot tub, gazebo, BBQ, 5 bedrooms, plus kids dorm, 3 bathrooms.BOOK NOW!!

The family room has a large leather sectional hide-a-bed and lazy boys, a 70-inch flat screen SMART TV with a Blue ray player, and many games and DVD's. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is a Pottery Barn Kids table and chairs for eating or coloring.

The master suite is on the main floor, and sports a massive 4 poster Tempurpedic King bed, 2 leather Lazy Boys, a 60 inch flat screen SMART TV, Blue Ray player, walk-in closet, separate jetted tub and shower, and two vanities with granite. The London room on the main floor has a queen bed and window seat and sleeps 2. The Shanghai room, also on the main floor has a queen size bed and window seat and sleeps 2 as well.

The giant kids loft sleeps 6, and has a custom made pirate bed, boat trundle bed, princess trundle bed, and a princess carriage bed. There are many pirate and princess dress-ups, and a kid kitchen to play with, and a Melissa and Doug train set as well as kids table and chairs.

Upstairs, The Paris room sleeps two, has a queen size bed, and a sitting area. It has a 55 inch flat screen tv. The Ohana Family Suite has a tropical king bed, and a set of trundle beds, a small desk plus a walk-in closet with a toddler bed..

The house has 3 full bathrooms, all with granite counter tops, and the laundry room has two washers and two dryers.

There is a gas grill and mini fridge in the backyard, and a beautiful covered private pool with a huge slide! The covered gazebo is 20x20, and there is a shaded covered patio (20x25) with plenty of seating.

This lovely vacation house is located 2 miles from Sand Hollow, which is also known as Southern Utah's 'Recreating Heaven'.

Amazing house

The house and swimming pool were amazing. We loved that we were close by some places of interest, and the neighborhood was very quiet. My family really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this house.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the pool, slide and hot tub was fantastic. It was fun for the kids and the adults. Would definitely stay here again.

A really nice place!

We really appreciated the pool and water slide. I don't know how many properties have such a large private pool. We spent many hours there. The area was really nice as well, with its close proximity to Sand Hollow. We would definitely look up this place if we're ever again going to southern Utah!

Great place!

Beautiful house, well organized, extremely comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful. We all sleep very well. Endless fun in the pool! Sand Hollow, very close and convenient, really Fun place to go! Very friendly, and quiet community. We had a great time together there. Will definitely be staying again.

Summer Vacation

This property was awesome! The home was very well organized, clean and very comfortable. The backyard was beautiful. The swimming pool was huge it also has a water slide that both kids and adults enjoyed.

Worked perfectly for our large gathering. Near Zion and lots to do. We unfortunately, hit lots of rain, but lots of fun and space for a great Easter egg hunt! Will stay again!

Fall Tuacahn Getaway

We had a group of twelve. At night, the five women in our group went to the three plays at Tuacahn while the guys (ages 9mo - 57) enjoyed the pool, TV, and nearby pickleball court.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this house. It is a great house to stay with kids. The pool is the best part it’s big and clean. The property also had a lot of improvements since our last stay and was a lot cleaner. We will come again!

Family reunion

This home was perfect for my family getaway! The kids loved the pirate/princess space while my adult kids lived by the pool. The BBQ area was perfect for our nightly dinners. This home had every thing we could have possibly needed. We would for sure rent this home again.

Excellent house

This house was great for our family & friends. It was clean & very well stocked, kitchen & baths both. 2 washers & dryers was a bonus.The pool is very large, was the perfect temp,with lots of outdoor shaded space & a large patio. This house easily accommodated our group. The kids really liked the pirate themed room with 4 beds so they could all stay together. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Families

This place was just a great house for us. We all enjoyed the pool and backyard. There were all kind of toys for the pool and the grandkids spent hours swimming. They loved the slide. The house was extremely well stocked, everything from all kinds of kitchen appliances to spices, coffee and tea. We have never been in a place where we found everything we needed. My grandkids are already asking when we can come again.

Great location and room for all!

This home is great for a large group of adults and kids to experience Sandhollow reservoir State Park. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, soaps, and seating. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the cool fall evenings. The hottub was not usable as the filters were dirty and the water had stuff floating in it. I reached out to the owner and the pool company came to address the issue but it wasn’t cleared up in time for us to use it. We were all disappointed in that as we had rented this house because we wanted the hot tub.

The house had mice

First i would like to say the house is beautiful. However, this is what i encountered: 1-garbage disposal did not work 2- the hot tub kept tripping the breaker, the filters werent clean. 3-the slide for the pool didn't have water, but that was minimum. I communicated all this to the owner on sat, her response was that she could not deal with it until monday. Then that night, my nephew sees a mouse, we recorded on video and captured it. And you know it happens, a mouse might have come in, so i let it slide. Then the next day. We are all in the living room, and we saw 4 coming out of this locked door (storage location). So i communicated to the owner. She then went to apologize, cause i said i had an 1 year old that could get contaminated with something for a house to be infested with mice. All Sunday and monday nothing happened to fix anything. My last day there was when someone came to check on the mice, the cleaning person that didnt do her job right, and of course said that was nothing there. We had it on video. The garbage disposal guy came to change it, and the pool guy comes to clean the pool filters. Nothing on the spa. It was 230pm of my last day and things that shouldve been done prior to our check in wasnt done. It was unbelievable. There was no patience with me anymore. Hope the next person finds it better, cause my stay was only good due to being with family, because i wasnt provided with what i payed for, not even the bare minimum of a non infested house.

Great place and exceeded our expectations. The water slide water would only work at a trickle most of the time,but the kids made it work. The neighbors were kind. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

We had everything we needed.No need to bring anything.This house was comfortable,fully stocked,.Very quiet neighborhood.Easy to navigate to differant monuments.Pool was wonderful.Hot tub was way to high temp to get in .We would rent again.Caught a few mice inside.But very very nice house.
