Absolutely beautiful house in a very upscale development with tons of space, high end appliances, and well stocked with all the essentials. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the casita is stunning and a perfect standalone living space. The pool table was a huge bonus which we utilized every day. Also, the Red Rock concierge service is outstanding and replied almost instantly to every inquiry before, during, and after our stay. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues, mostly with the hot water in the showers in the main house but the spa seemed to be the biggest disappointment as the pool and spa share one heater. The hottest we could ever get the spa to was 89 degrees until our last day when Red Rock called the pool service and they were able to override the set point for the day.There were also a few other minor issues with the house that made it apparent it is a highly used rental (garage door sensor broken, refrigerator light panel broken, bathroom light burned out, downstairs fireplace not operational). None were important enough to have fixed during our stay but minor flaws that add up and shouldn’t be present at this cost. My biggest recommendation I can offer is Red Rock should offer a walkthrough at the beginning of each guest’s stay to show visitors how to properly use the amenities vs. posting printed instructions that aren’t always intuitive (e.g., we never could get the outdoor firepit lit) and ensure everything is working properly prior to check in.
