Spacious living space

PRO’S: This space was perfect for our two families. No need to wait for a bathroom, because there were 4! Beds were cozy and everything worked. The patio in back was lovely all times of the day. CONS: Kitchen was lacking proper utensils and no large fry pan. Also, the resident mice left their droppings behind.

Sand Hollow Home

There was no key given to get into the house. House had a door code but you couldnt get the code. Only a garage door opener was given but 1...we had 4 diff families with us and doing different things at times so we just had to hide the garage door opener. This can be unsafe as well as very inconvenient. What kind of property doesnt have a key or code to get into! No flat sheets or pillow cases where on the beds and pillows. We had to do this ourselves. A tiny bit of dish soap was given. If you can host 16 people for a long weekend then you need to provide cleaning items for such. Not much to cleaning products in the house. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some...what if we didnt have transportation? Ran out of paper towels Shampoo and conditioner given was ridiculous for the amount of people staying. We had a mouse eat our bananas we left on the counter. And the resort front desk had short hours and gave me a wrong number to a place to help after hours. It was nice it had overflow parking for our boats. Plenty of towels. Several door handles and bath tub handles fell off...luckily we had tools with us.
