Modern home with lots of space to spread out for 10 adults, with plenty of bathrooms to avoid 'rush hour' traffic jams. We enjoyed the spa area of the pool.
House as described. Plenty of room for 4 families, 13 people total. We would stay here again!! Thanks!!

Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 9 children. We enjoyed our backyard pool as well as the neighborhood pool down the street. There were an abundance of pool towels. Thank you.
the home was a perfect fit for our family . it was very comfortable and we loved all the TVs and the pool was great. the location was also perfect , close to so many great things to do and stores.
our only complaints are that when we first got there the air conditioner was not working in 105 degree weather. we couldn't get anyone to come help us. also, one of the showers had not been cleaned. it had the used soap and shampoo bottles in it.
overall we had a great time.

Reviewer Comments:
While the house was great for our needs, the pool was not clean, not covered, and only lukewarm when we arrived. Someone came to clean it the 2nd day of our 4 day stay and my husband figured out how to adjust the temp. Written instructions would have helped. Not enough silverware or laundry detergent. We had to buy plastic spoons. There was enough detergent to wash the towels as required but not for our personal use. Our stay was nice and the house fit our needs.
This home is beautiful and it was very clean which I value greatly. We did have a problem with the heating of the hot tub and pool the first 24 hours. I specifically email the management company 3 times asking that the pool and hot tub be on and heated when we checked in at 4 pm. All my teenagers wanted to do was be in the pool. I was told that they would be on and heated upon our arrival, unfortunately they were not. When we arrived they were only 76 degrees and continued to get colder. I turned on the heat as directed but they were not heating and didn't all night. I communicated this to the management and they did send someone out to fix it but not until 2pm the next day. We didn't have a heated pool or hot tub for the first entire day we were there. The main reason I booked this property was because of the private pool and when we were unable to use it, it was very disappointing especially since I requested 3 times prior to arrival and told it would be working. Also, the location is great but it is noisy with the pickleball and basketball courts right behind it. I would also suggest that maybe you put a privacy screen so people do not watch you in the pool or hot tub through the small fence.
Pretty close to perfect for a big family vacation!
Overall, this place was great and fit our needs as a large family of 18. We stayed for 7 nights over Thanksgiving, and after lots of research we chose this place due to the pool for the kids. When we contacted the management co, we were told the pool was heated year round to 85-87 degrees. We were very pleasantly surprised to have full control of the pool and spa temps and that it was indeed possible to heat it to those temps despite having highs in the mid 50’s. The spa we set much hotter and it was great. One reason we deducted a star was because we specifically asked ahead of time for the pool to be heated and ready upon check-in and was assured it would be. It was not, and while it was heated by the next morning, we did miss out on that our first day.
The outdoor space was everything we could want with plenty of pool inflatables to use, tons of comfortable seating, and awesome large gas fireplace and grill that all worked great.
Cleanliness: some hair left in a shower drain, several beds required us to wash the top blankets, but overall very good. We did have a couple insects the first night and communication with management was excellent. They even had pest control come and spray and inspect. They assured us that there was no “infestation” and that it’s normal in that climate to have a few.
My only other wish would be an upgrade from 1-ply t.p. and a larger supply of household needs like dish soap, paper towels, and garbage bags for a weeklong stay. But we loved it!

Disappointed Stay
We came down to Southern Utah to stay somewhere warmer over Thanksgiving. We have done this before at another location and loved it. We booked this place for the size and for the private pool and HOA pool. We showed up late Wednesday and there were immediate signs that the pool was under repair even though we paid the extra pool fee. Extension cords, pumps out on the concrete, and no instructions to get in. We eventually guessed the code but it was dirty and we also couldn’t get it to warm up. We tried to get into the HOA pool but there was also no key to be found. We told the property manager day 1, they said they were working on it day 2, and after I reached out again they still never responded. So we spent 4 nights 5 days with no pool out of two! The kids were pretty disappointed as were the parents. We also felt the products used in the home were all cheap from the material of the bunk beds that were broke, the towels & linens, pillows, and dishwasher etc. The workmanship of the construction of the home too was below par. The good about this place is it fit a lot of us. The table was large, the couch was comfy, and the hot water never ran out.
This home was one of our favorites we have stayed in. The pool and hot tub, outdoor fire and patio vibe was so nice. The house was clean. Beautiful and impressive. We did have issues with the oven when we were trying to make a few meals but they were responsive to try and resolve the issue. I was impressed and we will hope to stay at this location again in the future. One note- We didn’t love the hand soap- so if you are particular about that bring your own and bring laundry detergent. There wasn’t any when we arrived but they brought us several packets the next day.
Outside of a couple hiccups like the hot tub not being / getting hot, the cleaners breaking the garage door, and the trash folks coming at 6:30am Wednesday morning . . It was really a great stay! The club house and pool are amazing too! Great value!

Despite all the construction we had a nice vacation. The pool was clean, we had no problem with the appliances. The rooms fit everyone nicely. When we left I forgot my necklace and they shipped it right to me. We loved our stay in hurricane!
Easy to book and check-in. Easy to gain entry, not a lot of back and forth with owner prior to check-in. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and helped us understand how to heat pool and hot tub. Personal hot tub and pool were nice. Wanted to book closer to St George, but booked late and found this place to be a great alternative. Close enough to St George, but Hurricane and LaVerkin were much less crowded. Good places to eat if you want to stay local, great hikes. Community pool was nice, workout area was a little small, but still worked for our needs.

Overall it was great. The pool and hot tub were not heating correctly and didn't have enough chlorine when we arrived but someone came out and fixed it and showed us how to heat both so the rest of the week it was perfect. There wasn't a broom but we just went and bought one. Overall a great place to stay.

Disappointed
After a long drive the property was not yet cleaned we waited until 5:30 to go in. The pool cover was full of water so we were unable to open it. I called for maintenance. Nobody came. We did locate pumps that took 4 hours to get enough water off the cover to be able to open it. There were limited towels for a group.
Overall the home was great, the issue i had was with the AC. When we arrived the home
Was very fresh and cool the next day the home felt hot, I reached out multiple times to the number provided finally on my 3rd attempt
Someone answered. Took down my information and that was it. I also sent out emails and text msg on the app. But no one came to address the problem, I just received email response asking more questions. Due to the heat part of my family cut their trip short, disrupting our plans.

We didn't have an air conditioning for almost 2 1/2 days. its so hard to get a response from them like ever until you kept calling and texting. All the excuses are We are so sorry and the team has a lack of communication. Just imaging you ere staying in the house with no air and the air temperature is 90-100 and especially you have 4 rooms upstairs.
Overall we loved the house, the pool, the hot tub.. The garage door opener as off track and not usuable. We did not have a key to the clubhouse (other people let us in)..Our biggest problem was the grill. It was not clean and there is no wire brush to clean it. Also I would suggest you check teh connection and look at a regulator. On low the grill quickly got to 650 F. We ruined our burgers and hotdogs from the grease fire. Should not be used until fixed.
We loved everything else!!!
The property was large and clean. We had 12 adults and 8 children for 5 nights and had a great time. The downsides were that the pool controls were difficult to figure out so the pool and hottub didn’t get used as much as we had hoped. We don’t have a gaming console at home so the kids were very excited to use the PS5 but one controller seemed like it wouldn’t take a charge so that batteries were always dead and unless you have a log in with games you’ve purchased on your account there wasn’t much you could do with it. Also in the kids room there are two of the same TV so when you use one remote it controls both TVs and you could never get them to do what you wanted because the remote would do what you wanted on one TV while simultaneously messing up the other TV. All the other things you want from a VRBO were great though.

Could be great
This could be a great property, but it was a serious of problems. Upon arrival…the code didn’t work and it took 20 minutes to get in, the pool was full off dirt due to active construction and a broken pool cover, the pool was left on at 100 degrees and was broken so unable to turn the heater off and there was no coffee carafe to make coffee. These issues were reported and not resolved in a timely manner or not fixed at all. We were told construction would be done by the time of our stay and, although I understand construction can take longer, it’s such a large development I don’t think that was true. There’s lots of work still happening. The space could be great, but the experience was disappointing. Perhaps it will be better with time.
We had a great time, but there were issues.THE AIR CONDITIONING. It was 103 outside, but the AC could not get the place cooler than 84. The temp in the house only got higher and went as high as 90 for some rooms, no matter what we set the thermostat at.A couple of the bedrooms had little AC units that cooled those 2 bedrooms well, but the rest of the house was hot. There were a couple fans provided as well, but it can only do so much. Trying to sleep in the heat was difficult, and a little dangerous considering we had infants with us sleeping in a room that was 90. The baby monitor kept going off saying the temp was dangerously high. The host communicated info for check-in, and a backup code for the front door, and asked how things were, but didn't actually respond when I asked about the AC. I'm almost positive that most were automated text messages. I'm not sure my question about the AC was even read because when it was time for check out, more messages came in about check out, and hoping we had a good stay. Before arriving, they responded to some of my questions, though not all, and inaccurate info was given in some of the answers. We were told there was a closet big enough to fit a pack n play in (there wasn't), and that there were kid dishes available (also not there). The only other issue I can remember is that all the pool toys we tried inflating had holes and should have either been thrown away or patched up.Overall, we had good times, but with big issues.

The home was beautiful and accessible but we had a few items to mention that did impact our vacation. The pool in particular was a real disappointment. Both pool and hot tub were NOT cleaned and neither was the pool cover fully retracted. We reached out right away and were told they the tech couldn't until end of our stay 3 days later! BUYER beware..have them send you pictures of the pool and hot tub BEFORE you check in. Customer service was nothing to write home about. After reporting rarely any action was taken!- pool cover not fully opened- pool and hot tub NOT cleaned- not enough bathroom supplies for the group- not enough laundry detergent or paper towels- not enough light at the bar-b-q (recommendation)We couldn't use the pool during our entire stay and had to buy laundry detergent as well.
