Take advantage of the close proximity to Zion National Park or Sand Hollow Reservoir for a day trip. Not to mention, Zion Village offers plenty of amenities such as; a pool & spa, lazy river, splash pad, BBQs, fitness center, and much more! Whether you are thinking of hiking Zion, swimming at the lazy river, or spending the day fishing at Sand Hollow, this brand-new villa will feel like your home away from home.

This beautiful, modern 5 bedroom / 3 ½ bathroom home in Zion Village, can sleep 20 guests comfortably, or up to 22 guests with the help of 2 fold-out mats. Keep the kids entertained with 2 Xbox Ones or host a family air hockey tournament in the garage! Cook up something the whole family will love in the expansive kitchen or on the grill outback. Wrap up a long day in the sun relaxing on the balcony, with a drink in hand, watching the desert sunset behind the mountains. Take comfort in the privacy of your own room, with each room having its own LG TV with Hulu and live; it is the perfect place to relax. Awesome place for mom getaway to Zion

Beautiful place with well stocked kitchen perfect for a group of moms looking for a getaway. Beds were very comfortable, place looked amazing!

Perfect Family Getaway w Zion Access

We had a group of 10, ages 6-64, all of us loved the house space, amenities and setup. We hiked Zion daily and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening. Highly recommend, this place has several hang out spots for our smaller groups and would stay again.

Excellent stay!

We loved this property! Exactly as pictured in the listing, plenty of room, lovely upper level outdoor area with fire pit. The pool area was perfect for our “rest day” and all communications were timely and helpful. I highly recommend!

This home was so spacious. The kitchen was stocked so well. So many extra cozy blankets and pillows. Our group had lots of compliments on the comfortable beds. The decor was beautiful. Lots of stuff to do inside. And the pool is so very cool.

Annual get away

The property was easily accessible, and the location was a great balance between being close to outdoor activities, and close to groceries and other amenities. The house itself was spread out enough for everyone in the group to have their own space, but had nice areas like the firepit and deck to gather together.

Home base for hiking

We came to the area to do some hiking at the parks. The location was only about a half hour from Zion. The space was great. Loved the upper deck for chillin. We took advantage of the hot tub after the hikes. It was nice to dine outside on the patio. Well appointed and great location.

Bigger than expected!

Bigger than expected. Great outdoor gathering terrace. We loved the resort amenities. Fun to have pool. Lazy river, splash pad still open. The kids loved it! Nice for families. We stayed over Thanksgiving and appreciated the additional small banquet table and folding chairs in the garage. Red Sands was helpful and responsive! We would come again!

The Best VRBO We've Stayed At!!

I can't get over how awesome this place is. It had everything for everyone - hot tub, golf putting setup, tons of rooms, beds, bathrooms, towels, cooking supplies, pool, gym, air hockey, Xbox, and so much more. My family didn't want to leave. Highly recommend hiking the Narrows and renting water shoes and wooden walking sticks (the river will possibly break your metal ones). Was unbelievably beautiful!

Wonderful stay at Zion village

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this location. The weather didn't necessarily agree with us so it limited our time at the pool but the facilities were beautiful and it was nice having access to the workout room. Having our own hot tub allowed us to get more water time even in the cold weather. The home was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There was a lot of space so kids could carve out their Hangout spots without feeling like we are on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much.

Would have liked having access to cable TV. The air conditioning was too cool; however it was corrected upon notice to resort management. I very much appreciated the home with all the space. Great central location to area trails and National and State Parks✅ I would recommend the resort to friends.

Zion getaway

The pool area was very nice, especially with the fire tables at night. The basketball and pickleball courts were disappointing. The house was very nice, but some of the things we looked forward to using were not working like the pinball and air hockey. The back yard space was very nice though.

Here for the pool!

I can’t fully review this exact property as a day before check in we were notified that the community pool was going to be closed for 3 days during our stay and that was one of the main reasons we booked! However, Red Sands was patient, kind, understanding, and very accommodating in assisting us with moving to an equivalent property within about 10-15min of this one and had a fantastic community pool! I cannot praise Courtney enough with how patient she was in helping us move the reservation even as I had dropped calls and intermittent texts as we drove through the mountains to get there! The next home we had was easy to check in, had everything that was advertised, was clean and comfortable and all was great! I would absolutely book with Red Sands again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zion Village Resort. The check-in process was seem-less, and communication with management was excellent. They were quick to respond with any questions or needs. We really enjoyed the terrace to hang out and talk. Parents with children would especially like this property with all it's amenities that are available. The location was perfect for going to the National Parks. The master bathroom could use a little more cleaning when we first arrived, but other then that the stay was excellent.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Loved it. Only wish I had stayed longer than 4 nights! Very new facilities. Very clean and gorgeously designed and decorated. Spacious garage and rooms. We didnt even get a chance to use the upstairs family area with TVs and games. The upstairs covered patio is fabulous. Can't say enough about this rental. I'd love to own it myself. One item to note is the AC is controlled for the most part and it gets a little warm at times. Never could really get it down to a cooler temp.

The perfect space to play and unwind

The property had everything! It was clean and accomdated a large group with ease. There was lots of personal space to get away from others and space to gather and socialize! We would absolutely stay again.
