"I have stayed at this location 5 times and will continue. Not going to let one bad incident ruin the convenient location and affordable price. The front desk help has always pleasant and helpful, however this time I was not a priority. I was currently being helped by a young Indian girl who asked me to stand over to the side and wait, while she continued to check 3 groups of people behind me. This took about 10 minutes longer than what I had expected. As she was getting ready to help me, the phone rang and she proceeded to schedule reservations and check dates for the person on the phone. I waited another 10 minutes for her to finally be clear of all guests in the lobby and help me. She needs to be properly trained on the priority of first come first served. She could have also explained to me the reason she was putting me off and not helping as I had requested. All in all, I waited a total of 20 minutes, which actually only took her 5 minutes to help me. A great example of poor customer service."

"Our room was listed as wheelchair-accessible, but in reality it was not. It was obviously designed by someone who has never used a wheelchair. The bed was blocking the bathroom door, the toilet seat was impossibly low, even for my fully mobile spouse kids. Also, the beds were too high to get into without help climbing up. When we reported the issue, the staff tried to be as helpful as possible, by switching us to another room, but it had the same problem. I’ve stayed here before I had mobility issues, and it was fine. However, this hotel no longer meets my needs."
